Prior to my MBA, I have worked in IT industry for more than couple of years as a software developer.

    Your blog is just amazing. It is really helpful atleast for people who wanna hv a iim degree after getting their btech degree. I heard that some of the iims consider extra marks for work experience. So what if someone sits the exam during their final year of the btech course? In one of your posts you have mentioned that the questions are not very tough and most of them are from our school level.. So what factors make the difference on the marks and what would help us for being an iimian?
